At Vizha's Kids Wear, all products are carefully inspected and packed with hygiene and safety in mind before dispatch. Since our products are intended for children, we follow a strict quality and hygiene policy. We request customers to read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Exchange Eligibility (Damaged Products Only)

Exchanges are permitted only in cases where the product is received in a damaged condition.

To be eligible for an exchange, the damage must be clearly visible. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition. A valid unboxing video is mandatory as described below.

Mandatory Unboxing Video (Non-Negotiable)

To request an exchange, customers must provide a single, continuous, unedited 360-degree unboxing video.

The video must clearly show the sealed package, the opening of the package, and the damaged product inside.

Exchange requests without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Important Conditions

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the same product is unavailable, customers may choose another item of equal value.

Refunds are strictly not provided, even in cases of damage.

If there is any price difference for the replacement product, it must be settled by the customer.
